Some of the world's biggest twerps are using one line of text from a 25-page document as proof China has restricted abortion.
This is a blatant ploy to spin the overturning of Roe, a monstrous crime, into an opportunity to flog their pet cause.
Here's how they're lying to you.
It is true that the highlighted text reads "Reduce non-medically necessary abortions." But cherry-picking this sentence without the broader context is extremely disingenuous.

China's health commission has simplified the process for gender confirmation surgery approval, lessened the requirements for a change of gender on identification documents and lowered the minimum age for the procedure from 20 to 18.
