I can't help but reflect on this past year, particularly, around the things that I've learned while working at a startup (sry, not tech-focused!!!).

I think that transparency and vulnerability breed courage + trust. So, trust me when I say I still have no idea what I'm doing. Lesson 1: hire intentionally and purposefully. You'd be surprised when you have to explain to even the most progressive folks why you have to challenge your talent pipeline.
