So I did pull my engineering skills from the past to do some MATH! Ganito ang ginawa ni Meralco sa ating lahat: They took advantage of the ECQ by assuming our bill on March&/April as equal to average of the past 3-month usage. "The March and April bills were based on the previous 3 months consumption per the ERC advisory, before ECQ where consumption was much lower," - Joe Zaldarriga.
