22 days ago Epstein Drangel LLP had our @amazon listings ripped down. Merry🎄.
Their demands:
-Remove all mentions of compatibility with AirDoctor models.
-Stop selling our products indefinitely unless they approve.
To recap, we make replacement air filters—100% fair-market and compliant—were removed without warning. A baseless, anti-competitive complaint caused our listing to be taken down. And Amazon allowed it to happen.
We’ve submitted countless appeals to Amazon, even made changes they required, yet we’re met with templated responses from Amazon. Silence from the law firm.@dharmeshmehta @ajassy
