An incredible few days at the @allinsummit. There is no doubt in my mind that this is now the best conference in the tech industry. Having gone to the first one in Miami and the one in LA last year, this year @friedberg @Jason @chamath & @DavidSacks put on the most polished event so far, whilst scaling the number of attendees and keeping the quality of content at insane level.

It’s that time for a twitter thread wrap up. Strap in, there’s a lot to cover 🧵 The event kicked off with a visit from the secret service as @JDVance was interviewed by the guys.

Putting party politics aside, it is incredibly refreshing to listen to a politician who is so articulate and charismatic. Ever since my adult life, there has been a lack of articulate political leaders in both the UK and US but that’s certainly not the case with JD.

Everyone I spoke to the event was pleasantly surprised with how impressive JD was. His ability to explain how he wants to implement policy at a detailed level rather than just high level headlines is impressive.
