Little bitch shut off replies, but here's my take. I used to work in the prison system, and there was a kid, 19, black, from Detroit who was serving life. Entered the system at 16 on his case, and transferred from juvie to my unit at 18. Usually when you get a transfer, they walk in, act either scared or like they've been there before. This kid was neither. He acted... human. Over the course of a couple months, you get to know the guys. You know when they're pissed, sad, delusional, off their meds...

Last night, I made a new best friend. My wife and I were sitting in our seats, waiting for the KISS show to start, and (we will call him) “Ken” comes to our row & says “you’re in my seats.” He was nice about it, so I pulled up my tix on my phone, and sure enough, we had an issue. This show was supposed to happen either SEP/OCT of 2020, but was cancelled due to Covid. It was rescheduled for SEP 2021, but Gene caught Covid, and it was rescheduled to last night.

It’s just a mask.
It’s just six feet.
It’s just two weeks.
It’s just non-essential businesses.
It’s just non-essential workers.
It’s just a bar.
It’s just a restaurant.
It’s just to keep from overwhelming the hospitals.
It’s just until the cases go down. It’s just to flatten the curve.
It’s just a few inmates.
It’s just to keep others from being scared.
It’s just for a few more weeks.
It’s just church. You could still pray.
It’s just prayer.
It’s just until we get a vaccine.
It’s just a bracelet.
It’s just an app.
