this won't be seen.
i'm so tired of the echo chamber. of, 'we need more therapies', 'meds are poison', 'psychiatry is a lie'. you have your platform, but what else are you doing?
i have been med free for some years now. i am fucking miserable. SO FUCKING MISERABLE 1/ i've done DBT, i've been in a TC, i've had 1:1 therapy (20 sessions). also tried further therapy with a crazy therapist who lost her job with what she did to me.
i have been groomed to be anti-psychiatry without anything else in it's place.
i have had a normal reaction 2/
