One more thing: Joshua Harris has told me privately how much my book meant to him + to other people he knows who read it.
He recently assembled a “deconstruction starter pack” as marketing material for his course. My book isn’t in it.
I struggled with whether or not to post this. Because I don’t enjoy knowing that a lot of people will probably only think I’m angry about this because I’m “bitter” (where have I heard that one before?) about not being included.
