I led on this. Now that I've had about a month to recover, some thoughts on what I've learned (in thread): 1) Institutional processes can be as much of a 'box-ticking' as an occasion for deep self-reflection and organisational learning. It is up to organisations to choose which end of the spectrum they are likely to pursue.
