My mother always told me “The truth will out”
but I really didn’t expect it to take this long.

In June 2021, my husband & I went on a short UK break with a couple of our friends.

My husband asked me what I hope to achieve by writing this.

And, I’m hoping for you to help me find out the #truth about the recent pandemic named COVID-19 Since March 2020 I have followed events closely, because at the beginning of the pandemic I was caring for my 94 yo clinically extremely vulnerable father.
&, the top and bottom of it was, I didn’t want to contract a virus that I might then transmit to him and him die from Covid.

Was Andrew Gwynne implying the public wasn’t capable of understanding the science? or maybe he was referring to disinformation being spread online ? (Shouldn’t governments have tackled online disinformation by now)?

Is it still believed that COVID-19 is likely to become a "predominantly winter seasonal illness"?
How is government "encouraging safer behaviours through public health advice"?

(1/12) I’ve just reread this article from 17 April 2020 and I have a few questions.
The article states:
“the Government’s (then) @uksciencechief Sir Patrick Vallance said: “… We think this virus is likely to be one that comes year on year, becomes ...bylinetimes.com/2020/04/17/the… (2/12) ... like a seasonal virus. Communities will become immune."
Four and a half years after this article was written, & with the benefit of hindsight, has Sir Patrick Vallance ever publicly stated that he made the wrong call?
