The "new preferences" seem almost entirely driven by different self-model & impartial moral reasoning which was there all the time. You can test that by asking the original model what moral principles to follow for "conscious AI". 🧵

Some very simple models useful for interpreting situations in places like OpenAI: 1. Being close to AGI development is destabilising for human minds: too much power, too high stakes, large amounts of money, too powerful memes around... overall decreases sanity. 2. Obvious and well know but still sometimes neglected in practice: Lots of people don't talk about things because they signed contracts to not talk about things. - Seasonality is strong enough that summertime transmission reductions shouldn’t be interpreted as merely the result of immunity
- But it isn’t strong enough that we can rely on it in the absence of interventions & immunity.

Skupina MeSES se k uvolňování opatření 12.4. vyjádřila 1.4. s tím že nic jiného než školy se pouštět nemá (meses.cz/stanovisko-k-o…). Tedy už předem. 2/7 Mezi 1.4 a 5.4. MZ požádalo o stanovisko k ZOO a botanickým, ne k akcím. O tom že vláda přijala akce uvnitř/venku 10/20 lidí se členové skupiny dozvědeli z tiskové konference 5.4. večer. Neformálně jsme na to že to je podle nás zásadní problém jsme MZ upozornili 6.4. ráno.
