I’ve noticed a massive difference in men who have grown up with sisters and female friends vs men who didn’t have women around growing up
So much around hygiene - things as basic as having the toilet seat up and down, to understanding periods, pms and tampons.
I like how my brother would casually mention that he gave his shorts to a female friend who got a period spot at school

I tried to google offboarding processes to write about it, and to my shock, there was very little information about it.

I’ve noticed that Off-boarding hasn't been assigned to anyone or any department at all in organizations.
In worst-case scenarios, there is a lack of urgency when it comes to offboarding, which leads to security risks such as insider threats.
