A thread 🧵 On Monday NDTV informed exchanges that RRPR has finally relented and transferred 99.5% ownership of the shares it held in the media company to Adani group subsidiary VCPL. RRPR held 28.18% in NDTV. On Tuesday Roys resigned from the board of RRPR holdings.
