Councillors @ShawnMenard1 and @JLeiper have a couple of motions at council tomorrow about the draft OP. In advance of that, I have asked for the province's comments on the draft OP, which I am told is more than a dozen pages. The city won't give them to me - so far. #OttNews@ShawnMenard1@JLeiper The province said it was a "public document" that I should get from the city. City staff said their "practice" is not to release them. Why not? I don't see why what the province has to say about our 25-year plan to grow the city should be secret. This is under review. #OttNews
