I got interviewed for a job by a 24yo who was not good at it...I’m not saying it’s bc of her age but at this point I have experienced a lot of interviews, and shit interviewers sabotage u. Like are you running these Q’s by people to make sure they make sense? Are u prepping at all? One guy told me to send him a company report mock-up after the interview and it was like, he just decided he wanted one. No data, no directions. I did what I could, heard no response.
