Staking ETH with Frax mints frxETH, which represents your staked ETH and is a liquid token. 33/ Unlike other ETH LSDs, frxETH does not accrue value and does not undergo rebasing.

To earn yield, you must stake frxETH with Frax to receive sfrxETH, which grows in value by 6.8% annually, higher than the 5.1% yield from Lido and the 4.4% yield from Rocket Pool.
