getting invited back to present/host something for a second time is SUCH a good feeling, especially for someone as tied to the yoke of external validation as I am, but it does also mean dealing with the flipside of occasionally not getting invited back 😅 it particularly grates that the latter tends to look like this: big event invites me to host alongside several men, then the next year goes back to the all-male lineup
