1) The first and most important difference is that Peptides are injectables, and Bioregulators are oral capsules, so they are more like supplements.
Meaning you don't need a needle to use Bioregulators.
2) Both are well-organised amino acids, but Bioregulators are smaller than Peptides when it comes to chain length.
Bioregulators are between 2 and 4 amino acids long.
Whereas Peptides are between 4 and 50.

Both organelles are involved in synthesising new proteins and their transport within the cell.
This is why it is essential to replenish the cell membrane with phospholipids.
Dr Patricia Kane has pioneered this technique.
Phospholipid Therapy done via:
1) IV drip (see our London clinic, Nûûtro). 2) Raw egg yolks. 3) Unadulterated soya or sunflower lecithin.
But you must reach an omega 6 to 3 oils ratio at 4:1.
To be honest, I just use BodyBio PC oil, developed by Dr Patricia Kane herself.

Safe to say, I learnt my lesson, and now I only take Relora when I need a good night's sleep.
Although it's predominantly a non-sedative supplement in most people, this is just how my body reacted!
I was surprised but, it was an interesting self-experiment.
But why did I try Relora out in the first place?
Well, I first heard about Relora from Dr. Andrew Heymen, the world expert in Chronic Inflammatory Response (CIRS)/Mold Illness.

A staggering 'mystery' illness story to get your head around.
5 years of double-whammy Post Lyme Syndrome & Mold Illness - still dealing with leftover CIRS.
Additional TBI injuries.
Now infected with Clostridium bacteria, Candida & suspected GI issues.
A thread.
So, how does something like this happen?
Individual was bitten by a tick at age 7, always felt a bit 'off' since with swollen lymph nodes.
Had the classic bullseye rash, achy joints and flu-like symptoms.
Ignored by traditional medicine nonetheless.

Detoxification done right takes patience.
There are stages you must complete.
Most detoxes feel like nothing has happened either because:
1) Weak detox agents used. 2) Jumped straight to Stage 2 and 3. 3) Not performed for long enough.
When detoxed correctly, you’ll feel it.
Detoxification is not just physical.
There’s also detoxification of trapped emotions in your fascia.
Detoxification of your negative thoughts.
Psychosomatic and emotional regulation.

Our hormones don’t exist in a vacuum.
Each one is dependent on the other.
Some are foundational (Tier 1), and some come later.
(continued below)
Our hormones impact how we think, feel and behave.
Our hormones are our lifeblood.
In today’s modern world, our hormones are under siege.

Read a nice paper on Earthing/Grounding.
I will summarise the mechanism in the next 5 tweets for you.
Basically:
1. Free radicals are positively charged molecules that strip electrons from your healthy tissue, resulting in damage.
2. However, it's ok.
We naturally produce free radicals.
Every cell produces billions of free radicals every day.
Including the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the body's molecule of energy.

Inflamed gut = inflamed brain.
Happy gut = happy brain.

A little while ago, I sat in front of my laptop, planning my Reverse Ageing presentation.
This was my largest feat yet: presenting on stage for 3 and a half hours.
I was relatively puzzled about how I would communicate such a complex topic to a community that lived on the… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
“Well…” I thought, “If I go there with an open heart, share my story and teach with passion, I know that my gratefulness and smile will transcend whatever barriers are between us”.

I only recommend a specific diet once I have worked with a person and understood their bio-individualised needs, but what I can say is only eat whole foods.
What do I mean by this?
Foods which grow in Nature without you and I.
Foods that don't require a lot of labels and packaging.

The Official Oil Tier List.
A thread 🧵on which oils you should use and why.
The king of the God Tier is obviously beef tallow.
Beef tallow:
- Contains the most bioavailable fat-soluble nutrients, which will be absorbed better into your body.
- Think of high concentrations of vitamin D and vitamin A here.

Hello Leaky Gut, nice to meet you!
Well, who knew even dishwashing causes problems.
A thread 🧵 on why you should change your dishwashing liquid...today!
If you’re having gut issues, it’s time to ditch the industry dishwashing detergent for a safer alternative.
The first thing you should be doing is checking your kitchen soap labels for alcohol ethoxylate.

I hate to break it to you but don't shoot the messenger.
Gluten is a protein that has been shown to induce permeability in the gut lining of everybody.
A short thread 🧵that hopefully by the end will make you want to give up gluten for good!
By now, you must have heard of gluten-free diets.
And you may think they're a fad or only for people with Celiac Disease (diagnosed gluten allergy).

A geeked out thread 🧵 on why I love Red Light Therapy.
I use Red Light Therapy (RLT) daily as an integral part of my wellness routine.
It’s passive, requires no effort and is easy to stack with other important tasks.
Do you know the link between healthy skin and your blood sugar levels?
Well, I'll explain in this thread how causing rollercoaster sugar spikes leads to worsened acne, eczema, psoriasis and an overall increase in inflammation.
Many chronic diseases, such as skin conditions, are brought on by continuous spikes in blood sugar.
Blood sugar controls your inflammation!
Blood sugar controls your insulin.
When your insulin is out of whack…all your other hormones become out of sync too!

Why you should never aim to detoxify yourself from heavy metals using chlorella, coriander and spirulina.
A thread 🧵 on why these are WEAK binders, and what to use instead.
I also wrote another thread on this topic which you can view here:
These are NOT healthy foods and are causing pure offence to your food every day.
Take Whole Foods, for example, the salad and lunch bar in Whole Foods.
They cook EVERYTHING in seed oils; even their 'organic' salad dressings are ridden with seed oils.
The safest, most reliable peptide vendor on the market.
Hopefully, you or I will never be stuck on a desert island during our lifetimes, but if we were, you'd want to bring this incredible Peptide.

How To Truly Heal The Gut.

A thread on your gut-liver-brain axis and how the functioning of these organs significantly affect your skin.
I call this The Skin Triangle.
The gut is connected to the liver via the portal vein.
The gut and liver are connected to the brain via the vagus nerve.
