Josh McLemore, a 29 yo, needed medical help. Instead he ended up in the Jackson County Jail, where he spent 20 days in solitary confinement with no bed, sink or toilet, barely eating or drinking. When Kip Kinkel was 15, he killed his parents, 2 boys at school and wounded 25 others. He took a plea deal that resulted in 112 yrs w/o parole and has been held up as the reason to lock kids up for life ever since.
