A lesson in customer service, customer loyalty, and positive brand association:

My mom took her vehicle into the Toyota dealership she uses for service. In fact, she’d been through 3-4 times in the last year to ask them to investigate a sound. Each time she was dismissed. 1/ On the 4th attempt, she asked for the service manager who finally took her seriously and went to the garage himself to talk to the mechanics and make sure they found the noise. 2/

A thread on the absolute shit show that is school bus service and why I’m particularly angry about the @YourAlberta @Alberta_UCP decision to remove MELT as an attempt at solving driver shortages.

1/x My kids ride the bus. We’re lucky to have a wonderful driver. He cares about the kids, he’s kind, friendly, and takes their safety seriously. Our school had 3 routes but in January they were collapsed into 2. My guess is it was an attempt to help shortages on other routes.
