we get a lot of email change requests because we don't allow self-serve to prevent license transfer
it's more like a "ticket to the show" or class tuition than purchasing a CD or book
this leads to workarounds like a shared team inbox, which is against the TOS
some companies are super blatant about it and will bald face ask us to change the email to "devteamcontentshare@bigco.com"
i'm on the fence as to weather this deserves a little pushback or not
it begs for a "is that a shared inbox?" reply, but i also know
the most interesting and material change that occurred at this period of time was stopping the "1 course per week" release cycle in favor of a focus on quality
