Reading through the draft Chinese Civil Code and some observations re #dataprotection:
1/4 Privacy and personal information are treated as two separate rights but covered in the same chapter (Pt3 Ch3: "Right to Privacy and Personal Information") 2/4 Some principles of the EU model are reflected: Lawfulness, Fairness and Necessity; Transparency; Purpose Limitation (art 814), Integrity and Confidentiality (art 817)
