In which Kim Dokja wakes up in a dating sim and must go along with the game until he reaches an ending. disclaimer: i have not played a dating sim/otome game in so long. in the last one i played years ago, i bullied every single guy and only stayed w the guy i chose bc he had a dog. do not expect this to be a good portrayal of dating sims. i just want to bully kdj lmao

au where kdj is a witch who summons fallen god yjh, except yjh appears in the form of a dog and kdj thinks he's the cutest thing ever.

imagine a large, black dog with glowing white eyes and a mouth that opens too wide w too many teeth and like three tongues. now imagine kdj in his pjs, kneeling at the edge of a summoning circle just cooing at this horrifying creature he summoned that only *looks* like a dog. just going "aww, what a beautiful doggie you are!!" and just overjoyed bc he expected a terrifying demon and not a dog

ok ok haunted house au but like one of the fake ones for halloween. yjh works there as one of the actors, specifically as a fucked up zombie doctor who appears behind people when theyre in his room. kdj is going thru the haunted with hsy bc they got dared, so of course they HAVE to even if theyre both not great with horror. they try to play it cool but theyre flinching the whole time and gripping each other's hands so hard they go numb.

yjh is honestly appalled at the state of kdj's apartment. it's not messy, just... empty. nothing on the walls, no little knick knacks... just books overflowing from a bookcase and a table where makeup is organized into little baskets. it barely seems like kdj lives here. yjh makes a mental note to buy anything kdj wants, and maybe decorate her room a little more. a well lit vanity and a comfortable seat would be a good start...

kdj packs up all her clothes and makeup in three suitcases.

kdj means to split her time between editing scripts and doing yjh's makeup, but she ends up spending almost all her time on set with yjh. from the mornings when she gets yjh ready for filming, to staying nearby for touchups, then helping her take it all off-- somehow, kdj is always with yjh. even when she leaves to grab the next scripts for her to work on, yjh is there, walking with her. or inviting her to read in the dressing room, where no one else will bother her (save for yjh, who keeps reminding kdj to drink water)

want actor au w joongdok girlfriends.... actress yjh and makeup artist kdj who is the only one who gets to do yjh's makeup bc she doesnt like any of the other makeup artists kdj pulling her away after a scene to touch up her makeup but it ends w kdj pressed against the wall as yjh kabedons her. kdj trying so hard to focus on lining yjh's big pouty lips, using her pinky to smudge the color a bit, trying not to squeak when yjh bites her finger

bounty hunter au with yjh as the bounty hunter and kdj as his target. kdj keeps getting away from everyone else with stolen goods (not even expensive, just top secret info) and he keeps taunting them so they send yjh, best bounty hunter, never failed, after him yjh keeps just barely losing him and it infuriates him. how is this rat escaping everytime, they were in a hallway with no windows and vents, all doors locked/blocked, and still kdj slips away.

he's going to catch him no matter what.

they meet as kids, when kdj hides in the outskirts of the forest from his father and stumbles upon yjh. at first he thinks yjh is also hiding, or maybe bravely exploring the forest, then yjh moves and kdj sees his tail kdj: what is THAT
yjh: my tail
kdj: why do u have a tail??
yjh: bc im a naga?
kdj:
kdj: oh okay. makes sense

yjh is a little annoyed, but kdj says he hasnt read abt nagas before so he couldnt have known, AND says yjh's tail is pretty so. yjh is happy.
