A great day with SCOTUS ruling that Affirmative Action is struck down in Harvard admissions.
We need to start recognizing merit based on talent, skills and credit over the color of someone's skin and racial background. I think this should also apply to job recruitment processes… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
