It’s great to see all the institutions putting together seminars for us all going into the next round of #nhmrc investigator grants… but my overwhelming feeling is this system is just so BROKEN. Why should we keep finding new ways to explain who we are, /1
and what we plan to research? How about we have an information session for reviewers in recognizing biases, understanding RELATIVE TO OPPORTUNITY (I’m still not over that one) and how NOT TO SCREW OVER the remaining women in science? #womeninstemm /2
