Today is David's 10-year ALS diagnosis (DX) anniversary. He's had symptoms since before 2003, a progressive muscular atrophy diagnosis since 2006, and was officially diagnosed with ALS in 2010. The first picture was taken in 2004. The second, last year. Life expectancy... 1/ ... for someone with ALS is 2-5 years. David has smashed those odds! He's been sick since before the kids were born so we weren't sure our kiddos would ever get a chance to know their dad. We're lucky because he's been able to see them grow into AMAZING little humans! 2/
