@tangjeff0 I ran a ~6 week deep-dive into Medical Tourism in late 2019. I reviewed all the SOTA literature including @iglenncohen’s book. I ultimately couldn’t build conviction 1/x @tangjeff0 There are four types of medical tourism: (1) cosmetic (2) dental (3) medication (4) major procedure (surgery).

My assessment was that only (1) has a sufficient TAM. All others are small aggregate markets with dubious viability to expand the market. 2/x
