At #SLD2023, Mindef Prabowo Subianto proposed a peace plan for Russia-Ukraine war. Given that there’s always two sides to a conflict. (1) A ceasefire in place at present military positions. Image (2) Both sides withdrew 15km from their present positions to form a new de-militarized zones (DMZ). (3) UN to deploy monitoring forces at this DMZ (4) UN to conduct referendum at the disputed areas.
