@SuMoh7 My personal opinion: It looks as though the Trump administration is still not acting in good faith -
- 908 parents are "not expected to be eligible" - in the majority of cases this is because the parent requires "further evaluation".
1/4@SuMoh7 DHS Sec. Nielsen said her agency would "do its best" to meet the July 26 deadline but would "not cut corners" on vetting parents.
However - in the prior Status Conference on 16 July, the Judge made the point that the vast majority of parents had their children removed -

Update on the ACLU action Ms. L. v. ICE:
Order on July 10: day of 1st deadline to reunite 102 kids aged under 5.
Judge Sabraw ordered the government to abide by the deadline except for a longer time frame for 39 more complex cases: usatoday.com/story/news/nat…

Order for children under age 5:
63 must be reunited by Tuesday July 10.
The others with more complicated cases, including 12 whose parents have been removed from the country - an extended timeframe / plan will be ordered by the Judge in the coming days.
