My favorite part about this is just… look at that massive tower like a middle finger to all the west SF NIMBYs.

And the wild combination of hacks that produced this building. It’s beautiful. As best I can understand it: 1) So first they’re only able to build any residential on a single story parking deck podium because of a recent SF law streamlining car infrastructure to residential use conversions *this is almost all parking lot right now)
