token = unit of data stored on blockchain

What is a Smart Contract?

I've been trying to wrap my head around smart contracts as I'm learning more about the crypto space.

Here my notes so far. Let's look at an illustration.

When two goods are exchanged online, it usually goes through a third-party.

contract = "I'll give you my programming course for $20"

third-party = Stripe, ConvertKit, PayPal, etc.

We could call this a "dumb contract."

🤖 Monthly Venmo Script

I wrote a script to send automatic recurring payment requests on Venmo using Python, @telegram and @github Actions 🚀

- Telegram bot sends me a message after each request is sent
