Senate Bill 256 bans those under the authority of a foreign adversary from owning anything but single-family residential land under 1/2 acre. Unless that person is acting as an agent of that foreign adversary. Of course, any entity living under the control of an authoritarian regime like the CCP is effectively their agent or can be made to be at any time. But perhaps the legal mechanism is easier to enforce.

By God's grace, the court sided with me and protected my 1st Amendment Rights. Now that the period for appeal is over, I have made my account public again.

I never thought that a little over a year ago when I started @indianacommons, we would have made such an impact at @IUPUI and other colleges throughout the state. I certainly didn't expect to be investigating sex crimes in the city, or for the two to ever be linked.
