This is a good question. From someone who has experience with depression -- from severe to situational -- I do have some advice.

The first is practicing self-compassion. It's hard right now and that's okay. It's okay to not be at your best. You're in good company there. It's okay to be less productive -- your self worth isn't your output. It's okay to be touchy.
Self compassion goes a long way.
