The defense of Zahir Jaffer stated the following fabricated stories today in their final arguments:
- Maybe this is a case of honour/ghairat
- The police did not investigate Noors brother, he questioned that why wasn't this done - It can be seen in the CCTV footage that Zahir locked Noor in the guard room, maybe he did that to save her.
-The police has planted the evidence and this entire story has been made to connect Zahir to the case

- He said he is innocent and the rest of the accused are innocent too
- Noors family is falsely framing him because they know his family is well off and they want to get money. - He accused Shaukat Mukadam, father of #NoorMukadam of using the state machinery against him due to his influence. Due to this influence the police has fabricated evidence against him and the rest who are accused in this case
