Cream of Wheat Removed the African American Chef From Their Packaging in 2020
On June 17, 2020, B&G Foods announced that it was removing the image of an African American Chef prominently featured on its Cream of Wheat product packaging, in response to concerns that it “inadvertently contributed to systemic racism”. The chef was featured on the packaging since as far back as 1893.
"PARSIPPANY, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Jun. 17, 2020– B&G Foods, Inc. (NYSE:BGS) today announced that we are initiating an immediate review of the Cream of Wheat brand packaging. On July 11, 2022, in a speech in San Antonio Texas, Jill Biden compared the Latino community to the “uniqueness” of “breakfast tacos”. Jill Biden said:

On July 15, 2021, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said:

New Mexico Gov. Lujan Grisham Claims She Can Temporarily Suspend 2nd Amendment Rights
On September 7, 2023, the Governor of New Mexico, Michelle Lujan Grisham (@GovMLG), signed an executive order which declares a state of “Public Emergency” exists throughout the state due to gun violence.
This Executive Order is to stay in effect until October 6, 2023.
It provides four directives:
An order & direction to the Department of Public Health, Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, and the Department of Public Safety, to immediately begin collaborating with her office to provide an ‘effective and coordinated response’ to the public health emergency.
Make available financial resources of up to 750,000 USD to the DoH, DHS & EM, and/or DoPS, for the purposes of EO compliance and to avoid and minimize economic or physical harm and to protect the public health, safety and welfare.
All Mayors, sheriffs, and members of governing bodies of municipalities or counties are encouraged to request, if necessary, an emergency proclamation and implementation of temporary additional restrictions to address this public health emergency pursuant to the Riot Control Act.
All political subdivisions of the State shall comply with and enforce all directives issued pursuant to this Order.
It appears that this executive order has provided the Department of Health with the agency and financial support to declare its own Public Health Order, which was published September 8, 2023.
This Public Health Order is the order which suspends the ability to conceal or open carry firearms. The text in the pdf appears as follows:
On September 8th, 2023, she posted on her twitter that:
Today I issued a 30-day ban on the open & concealed carrying of guns in Albuquerque and Bernalillo County. Gun violence is killing between 2 and 3 children every month in NM - every single one of these deaths is unconscionable and they must stop.
In a recorded question and answer exchange, when asked about upholding her oath to protect the constitution and people’s ability to conceal or open carry weapons, she had the following to say:
With one exception, and that is if there’s an emergency and I’ve declared an emergency for a temporary amount of time, I can invoke additional powers.

Joe Biden Said if You Have a Problem Figuring Out if You're for Him or Trump 'Then You Ain't Black'
At the end of an interview with Charlamagne tha God, an American radio host, Joe Biden said:
"If you have a problem figuring out if you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black."
Although we found reporting that Joe Biden apologized in a phone call with the US Black Chamber of Commerce by saying:
“The bottom line of all of this perhaps I was much too cavalier. I know that the comments have come off like I was taking the African American vote for granted but nothing could be further from the truth. I’ve never, ever done that and I’ve earned it every time I’ve run. I was making the point that I never take the vote for granted and in fact I know in order to win the presidency, I need the African American vote,” Biden said. “I shouldn’t have been such a wise guy. I shouldn’t have been so cavalier.”
However we could not find a copy or recording of this phone call or him making these statements or other similar statements publicly in a recorded medium.

Katie Hobbs Was the Secretary of State for an Election She Ran In
Katie Hobbs is the elected Secretary of State for the state of Arizona.
The most common duty of the Secretary of State is to serve as the state’s chief elections official. In Arizona, the Secretary of State is ultimately responsible for the conduct of elections, including the enforcement of qualifying rules, oversight of financial regulation and establishment of Election Day procedures. This position is also responsible for administering all elections in the state as well as certifying the results of those elections. They also regulate lobbying and campaign finance.

The highest profile duty of the office is oversight and administration of secure and accurate elections. The Secretary of State serves as Chief Election Officer for the State. Katie Hobbs also ran for Governor of Arizona in the 2022 Mid-term elections. You can see her official website (see Links to Evidence).
So it is true that not only was she the Secretary of State of Arizona, but she also participated in the state Governor election at the same time.
Additionally, people were calling for her to recuse herself from her duties of the Secretary of State, but she refused to do so. This included previous Secretaries of State from both Democratic and Republican parties. The interview with Katie Hobbs can be watched on CNN’s website (see Links To Evidence).

US Border Encounters in 2023 Are Up >460% Compared to 2020 YTD
According to data released by the US Customs and Border Protection, the number of encounters they have logged has increased by over 460% compared to 2020 (which was the final year of Trump’s presidency). It should be noted that this number does not factor in the number of immigrants who have outrun or escaped detention by US Border Patrol.

It’s important to know that this figure is only of what the CBP defines as an “interaction”. Presumably this does not include people who got into the country illegally without being interacted with.

President Obama Received the Nobel Peace Prize and Also Oversaw Drone Strikes on 7 Foreign Countries
On October 9, 2009, Obama was announced as the 2009 recipient for the Nobel peace prize. He actually received the Nobel Peace Prize on December 10, 2009 alongside a 36 minute speech. The reason provided for winning the award was:
“for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples.”

Pfizer Paid Largest Health Care Fraud Settlement in History
Pfizer agreed to pay 2.3 billion dollars, the largest in history, in a settlement with the Justice Department in 2009. $1.195 billion of that settlement is for the ‘intent to defraud or mislead’ the public with an anti-inflammatory drug Bextra that was discontinued in 2005. Pfzier intentionally marketed the drug for off-label purposes and unapproved dosages by the FDA. Pfizer also agreed to pay 1 billion dollars in response to the False Claims Act for illegally promoting four other drugs and paying ‘kickbacks’ to health care providers that prescribed them.
In addition, Pfizer has agreed to pay $1 billion to resolve allegations under the civil False Claims Act that the company illegally promoted four drugs – Bextra; Geodon, an anti-psychotic drug; Zyvox, an antibiotic; and Lyrica, an anti-epileptic drug – and caused false claims to be submitted to government health care programs for uses that were not medically accepted indications and therefore not covered by those programs. The civil settlement also resolves allegations that Pfizer paid kickbacks to health care providers to induce them to prescribe these, as well as other, drugs.

Hunter Biden's Lawyers Admit His Data Was on the Laptop
On February 1, 2023, lawyers who represent Hunter Biden, admitted that data on the laptop in question was Hunter Biden’s personal data. In the letter, the lawyers start off by saying the following:
We write on behalf of our client, Robert Hunter Biden, to request an investigation into the following individuals for whom there is considerable reason to believe violated various federal laws in accessing, copying, manipulating, and/or disseminating Mr. Biden’s personal computer data.
They go on to emphasize multiple times that Hunter Biden did not provide consent for distribution of his personal data from the laptop:
Mr. Biden did not consent to Messrs. Mac Isaac, Giuliani, or Costello providing his computer data to any third parties
This letter establishes:
➡️The laptop contained Hunter Biden's data.
➡️Some of that data was distributed without Hunter's consent.

This is the same laptop that more than 50 former senior intelligence officials outlined their belief that the disclosure of the emails from the laptop had “all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.”

It is important to note that the letter Hunter Biden’s lawyers sent, does not necessarily admit that all of the data on the laptop was his, only that at least some portion of the data on there was his. How much this portion represents is not currently known.
