Waging war against Kurds in Iran. Here is Khomeini’s fatwa that is still being used👇
In August 1979, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini issued a fatwa that authorized the massacre of the Kurdish people. His order to the army was crystal clear. A military march into Kurdistan with tanks, artillery, and armed forces started.
+10.000 people were killed, including at least 1.200 political prisoners. Decades later, the regime’s violence against the Kurdish population continues, with state forces still carrying out deadly operations under the same legacy of repression.
