This James Lindsey thread got me thinking about why leaders want division among the people. I take for granted the idea that when there's more chaos, leaders have more opportunity for control. Covid update thread: 2 1/2 weeks ago my brother developed early symptoms of Covid and tested positive after an outbreak at his work place. On my advice, per my training as a microbiologist, and because he has more than one risk factor, he asked his GP for antiviral meds. He was told you could only get treated with antivirals like Remdesevir if you were hospitalized, and you had to be severely ill to be hospitalized. I told him that’s ridiculous because antiviral meds only work at the beginning of a viral infection.

I’ve spent my whole life seeing people as people. Now I see black people and white people. It won’t change how I treat anybody, but my color-neutral perspective has been damaged. This of course is the objective of the left– divide us with the purpose of weakening us so that ~1/ they can control us under the guise of trying to “fix“ everything.
I don’t know what the answer is, but I do know a few things:

1. Yesterday at lunch I met a spy. His name is Robert Holmstrom and we met in a diner in St Paul. I was on my way home from a medical appointment. Robert was waiting for a detective who was meeting him for lunch. 2. I 1st noticed his WWII Veteran cap when he walked in, and as I was leaving I stopped to say hello and ask where he served. He said he served in Europe, and over the next 20 min I learned about Operation Carpetbagger, a B-24 called Night Knight, and about The Resistance.
