The Sun completely missed the mark on this as did the Editorial Board weeks ago when they keep presenting this as a political fight between mayor and president elect over funding positions.

In preparing mayor transition in 2016, beginning June 2016, we provided several binders to mayor elect Pugh. This was 1 of several provided. FWIW. (I try not to comment. should see my twitter drafts- however will soon share comments on sun editorial)1/

many questions w/ significant amount of acquisition of property on city's westside. Everytime BDC had item on Boe we questioned BDC, progress, plan etc. BDC was supposed to submit a long term plan. what was provided lacking 1/

I wanted to share why I support & voted for @CouncilPresBMS for mayor.
known Brandon since 2007, fresh out of college, young, smart, professional, full of energy, ideas, solutions. 1/ He was an engaged, committed community outreach worker & advocate at city hall.
He saw problems & eager to solve them. He would promote solutions, new approaches and we would tackle what we could in council President office. 2/
