In my case, the patient was asymptomatic with low grade fever and loss of smell. I went for RTPCR the first day of fever without any delay. Report came in 24 hours and this is how I managed things in absence of any maid or support with two kids in the home.

Government should check the Google Map History of all the people who are tested positive for corona virus.
This way, they will get the exact data of all the route they have travelled and all the locations where they have stopped for how much duration. (1/n)
All this data should be anonymously uploaded on a portal, where people can upload their Google map history data to check whether they visited these locations at same time or not.
People with intersecting data points should be called for tests and isolation. (2/n)
