As per @siphillipssport on substack(🌕,top chelsea source) -

The main clubs for Rice are Chelsea,Arsenal,United & Liverpool. Pep likes the player but has other priorities.

Todd Boehly has good relations with West Ham’s Karen Brady,However West Ham want a bidding war. No club at the moment is leading as such.

A lot is dependent on Mason Mount signing a new contract at Chelsea (there is optimism that he will). At the moment, I don’t believe that UCL football is the be all and end all, but it could make a difference
