B) When my beloved Joan Rivers passed away, I was devastated. I still miss Joan every day as I know you guys do. She wasn’t just a mentor, she was a true and giving friend to me. Couple things about that awful week:
C) That POS Andy Cohen texted me the day Joan died with something like “you should take over Fashion Police.” My friend Joan was a person, not a job opportunity. Around that time #CindyAdams ran some BS in Page Six saying...
1) My dear, typically shy husband, Randy has a good friend of his named Steve who has a very serious #COVID19#coronavirus personal, sometimes brutal, reality that I know you will find compelling.
2) Steve is a 40 year old male with no underlying issues. He came down with #COVID symptoms very rapidly. March 17 started the fever, cough, breathing problems. He went to the hospital on March 25th, tested positive for COVID & has been in the ICU on a ventilator since March 30th
3) Steve's wife, Penny, also tested positive for COVID-19, was NOT admitted to the hospital, but was instead told to self-quarantine at home away alone for weeks. DEVASTATED, Penny had to say "Bye for now" to her husband, while taking care of her own case of #coronavirus
A) I just want to point out AGAIN, that while we Democrats are having fun crapping on our own party and acting like a circular firing squad...THE REPUBLICANS ARE HAPPILY LINING UP TO GO TO PRISON FOR DONALD TRUMP. Focus, people. We’re going to get the results. #IowaCaucus
B) Big deal there was a temporary malfunction in #Iowa. Calm the F down. Remember when the entire country freaked out that the affordable care act website wasn’t up and running perfectly, day f ing one? A brand new national health policy that served millions of Americans.
C) The corrupt R party never does this sh*t. We played in to their BS “Dems can’t roll out a new policy without messing it up.” narrative with the ACA. Let’s not play that exact game again. We have the brains, experience and the NUMBERS. Stay united, Dems. On to #NewHampshire 🇺🇸
A) "We have to deal with this in real time. If you don't like my photo, that's fine, but it's not ok that you don't understand that it was completely covered by the First Amendment."
B) "Normally, I'd try to make you laugh for half an hour, but realistically, it's a time when I, as a comedian, try to walk the line between holding my arms up with the attitude of 'I beat the President of the United States, the worst in history, the subject of an impeachment'...
C) ...and the feeling that I’m not off their radar. I don’t think they are finished with me. You Brazilians have a real experience with this that Americans, in my opinion, have not yet accepted."

A) Who speaks Portuguese? This looks like a love letter! Thank you UOL Entretenimento & Beatriz Amendola! It was lovely to chat with you. Does this mean I get to be Grand Marshall of the Brazilian Carnival?? Please say yes! bit.ly/2RWf3vE
A) I am currently a defendant in three high-profile civil cases all directly tied (in my opinion) to Trumps, the Oval, and possibly AG Barr. I have never been a defendant before. I’m extremely invested in this topic. All 3 suits are available as part of the public record...
B) NOW... let’s get to this completely different suit that naturally caught my eye.
The article referenced in A) the Tulsi Gabbard v. Sec. Clinton has the full 14 page suit. It’s a sort of fun and disturbing and illogical read, IMHO...
C) The common law defamation distinction is that slander consists of merely "spoken" defamation whereas libel is "written" or defamation otherwise rendered in a more permanent form. With the constitutionalization of the common law of defamation that began in the 1960’s...
1) I’ve been reading/watching the coverage all day. GET IT TOGETHER, Americans. So quick to blame Nancy Pelosi & the DEMOCRATS?Blame the Republicans. Blame dumbass dinosaur Chuck Grassley. Blame old turtle Mitch McConnell who has proven to be evil & I mean the definition of evil.
2) Read the fucking report. ALL OF IT. I’m so annoyed by these low information voters, these idiots who think Facebook is news. You can’t be bothered to read the Mueller report? Really? Even the redacted version has been out long enough for you to read it.
3) Stop complaining about the Democrats for chrissake. The Democrats have read it. You should focus all of your frustration on the Republicans. How many of you even know who your assembly person is? How many of you can name your Congressperson right now?
A) Hey guys! About 20 years ago, I would pick a month randomly to go perform weekly at the Laugh Factory on Sunset Blvd. I’d jokingly refer to it as my “mini residency.” It eventually started getting buzz, creating a line around the block every week.
B) This led to me getting the “My Life on the D-List” gig. I was honestly just doing it for fun, yet it led me to an amazing opportunity that changed my career forever. This month, I’m doing the same thing…except this time, I’m doing a brand new hour every week.
C) I sincerely wasn’t even sure if 30 people would show up. Much to my surprise, the first two weeks have been sold out. I bring my mom’s old egg timer on stage so that I don’t go over the hour.. (As some of you know, I have a comedy disorder where I tend to go a little long).
A) SOUND ON. NSFW. Do you want to see what exercising your First Amendment right looks like? This is a video of my next door neighbor, Jeffrey T. Mezger, the CEO of @KBHOME. We, of course, did not call the Police on his grandchildren!
B) Look, I feel a responsibility. “Oh Kathy, just drop it, life’s too short.” But I realized it’s not just about me. Plus, the Mezgers are suing ME and Randy and are seeking damages of a million + dollars! Randy and I are the defendants. The defendants can’t drop a case.
C) To be clear, it IS permissible for me to speak publicly about an ongoing civil case. Why post now? I have questions. Why did he have to invoke the president’s name??? Ok, maybe that part was about me. But it is the other communities I am advocating for.
B) I want to say thank you to Ava, Courtney, Mandy, Megan, Phoebe, and the other unnamed women in this article. Each one of you stood up. Each one of you were honest.
C) These women spoke out knowing they would more than likely never get a resolution. However, they did it to protect the future generations of women that have yet to experience this soul crushing abuse.
A) Hey guys! I’ve tweeted in the past about my desire to do public speaking engagements concerning the last two years of my life. Yesterday it happened at #UpfrontSummit! Just look at the bright and talented company I was surrounded by.
A) Today I am outraged for my friend @JussieSmollett. He was viciously attacked in my hometown of Chicago. They threw bleach on him and put a noose around his neck. Racism and homophobia are very much alive, people.
B) I am proud to be from a diverse city like Chicago. Yet it saddens me that to this day things have not gotten better or safer for minorities.
C) This is a call of duty for the ally community! Thoughts and prayers are great, but it isn’t enough. We need to make our voices louder and stand taller for our minority brothers and sisters.
A) As heartbreaking as this is, I feel the need to share some important info about my mom Maggie. I've always been honest with you all, but this one is really hard. The pic below, taken in September, was the last time I was able to have a proper/coherent conversation with her.
B) Since that photo was taken, she has rapidly fallen into the throes of dementia. This is never easy for any child, I know this is a reality that millions of people deal with every year. But when it comes to my mom this is particularly hard because her sharp mind was everything.
C) My mom is 98 and up until this past couple years she was so sharp she always kept me on my toes. Her mind was so naturally quick, funny, and smart. No one could get anything past her. Watching that slip away so fast has been devastating.
