I did 20+ intern/trainee interviews yesterday and this is what I learnt.

1. Attitude and communication skills have drastically improved over the years.
2. Candidates are asking right Qs about companies and are critical about opportunities to try multiple tech stacks. 1/5 3. Still not enough focus on basics. Struggles when simple OOP questions come in forms of use cases.
4. Are willing to learn. Yes to this always!
5. Not a single candidate queried about wages. 2/5
