Today's @thetimes front page: Google's automated 'autocomplete' and 'related search' functions are throwing up the names of rape victims and complainants when people search for info about the defendants in high-profile cases. bit.ly/2KJM3Sw
These victims and complainants have a lifelong right to anonymity, but Google logs the fact that people Googled their names after they were illegally posted on social media and brings them up as predicted/suggested search terms.

Quick trivia thread: I didn't realise Quakers were one of those groups that has adopted a term of mockery as a term that most now happily identify by. Founder George Fox said in the 17th century that followers should "tremble" before God and a magistrate mocked them as "quakers"
