I’ve provided a timeline that paints a clear picture of the events between 2012 and 2015 surrounding the Walmart deal in Frisco and the big-box development at 423 and Stonebrook.

1. Cheney’s Response Document To Bob Allen
At the time this happened, Cheney released a statement and a highlighted point to take note of in his statement, “My opponent falsely claimed I was paid $1.56 million. He references a required SEC disclosure for a stock option grant based on hypothetical potential value, not actual value. The stock option grant was for work I did on Earth911.com, a sustainability website not connected to Walmart.”
The first half of the statement was accurate at the time, and Jeff Cheney initially appears to be transparent. However, he then states that the stock was held by Earth911, a subsidiary of QRH, without disclosing that Earth911 was owned by Quest Resource Holding Corporation — a company with established recycling business ties to Walmart.
