Just finished @lara_hogan's Resilient Management and really enjoyed it! Here are some of my takeaways:
1. There are four stages a team goes through (and you can jump around depending on the situation)
- Forming
- Storming
- Norming
- Performing 2. "It takes time and energy to learn things about your teammates, to make them feel supported, and eventually, to work toward that health team state. Don't worry! You are optimizing for balance, not perfection."
