Here’s a thread outlining what I’ve found out so far 🧵: People were texting me that NES crews were in various parking lots doing nothing and when asked why, the crews said they were waiting for assignments. So I started digging in. Turns out, NES is being cute with their language and saying that crews are “in the field” and that just means out and waiting (in parking lots apparently). It does NOT mean that the crews are working on an outage.
