If you're a leftist, you need to be working out 4-5 days a week and learning self defense, along with organizing with neighbors & in your local community for defense, food sovereignty, & community defense.

There's no excuse not to do something to strengthen your body daily. The time for nihilism, self pity, and excuses is over. We are living in a fascist country - whichever country you're living in in the west. Our vulnerable neighbors and people of the global south, e.g. in Palestine, need us to step up.

My further thoughts on the ICJ ruling, a🧵:
I don't think it's a clear victory. But I don't think it's a clear defeat. There are people on both the pro Palestinian and the pro genocide sides who are celebrating, and others who are upset.

I won't tell Palestinians how to feel... But I want people living in Canada, USA, UK, EU, Australia, NZ, to think STRATEGY now. Sure the ICJ didn't use "ceasefire" or this word or that word. But look at the whole substance of the ruling & provisional measures. There is a legal framework now that wasn't there before.
