Excited to share our new preprint on "Assessment of 3D MINFLUX data for quantitative structural biology in cells"
with @AlistairCurd

biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

We thank @LSchermelleh @HohlbeinLab @michellepeckham for the feedback and looking forwards to yours!

#MINFLUX Thanks, @Stefan_W_Hell for sharing the data which helped to revisit the claims made in the following article "MINFLUX nanoscopy delivers 3D multicolor nanometer resolution in cells" @naturemethods

Hope our findings are useful for MINFLUX research!

Hey #STED, #MINFLUX people,
To continue the public discussion, I list here some of the points I made during my talk.

Summary: MINFLUX is a promising technology but at an early stage of development esp for biological research.

Thread👇

cc @Stefan_W_Hell @BalzarottiFran Disclaimer 1: I haven't seen or worked with #MINFLUX setup, my arguments mainly on application-side

Disclaimer 2: I asked these questions via email (Sept 2020) and requested raw data and codes but haven't received a reply yet

I hope @rita_strack @naturemethods can help! Image

Today is 131st birthday of #Ramanujan, celebrated as #NationalMathematicsDay in India.
This year is also the 100th anniversary of his election as FRS.
131 is a palindromic and permutable prime with 113 and 311.
Can also be stated as the sum of 3 consecutive primes 41 + 43 + 47. Image #Ramanujan's letter to Hardy is an all-time classic -
"I beg to introduce myself to you as a clerk"
"I have no University education"
"I have not trodden through the conventional ... but I am striking out a new path"
"I have made a special investigation of divergent series" Image
