Many people have decided Elon's influence was decisive for Trump's victory

I don't want to downplay this too much, because I think buying and uncensoring twitter did matter, as did his endorsement

But I think it's oversold

The ACA mandates that PrEP drugs must be provided at no charge by insurers (which means everyone with insurance pays for it)

As of 2018 the costs of these drug was about $2B annually
Image Truvada (tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (F/TDF)) went off patent a few years ago, which means that it no longer costs $2000/month, only about $60/month

But a newer PrEP drug (tenofovir alafenamide (F/TAF)) which has no generic is becoming more popular, displacing Truvada Image

I read the dissent by Kagan Sotomayor and Jackson, and it's like they're incapable of thinking on the meta level, at all

I don't want to dunk on OP here too much, because this is a common thing

But women really, really don't understand male sexuality

Most men would sleep with a marginally attractive female friend if she expressed interest, and the converse is obviously not true And the reason women don't understand this is that boys are socialized from birth to suppress and hide their sexual interest in women

And that's a good thing!

You can't have a civilization without some degree of such suppression
