I have no data on this but I get the sense that media has moved away from pushing “Latinx” because the polling is no negative. It doesn’t look great for the (mostly white) US media to use a term for people that the people themselves hate. Now, the same thing might happen with “birthing persons” etc but I doubt it. Instead, solely using terms like “women” and “female” will be increasingly be perceived as TERFY right-wing dogwhistles and so the left/liberal media will double down on “birthing persons” etc.

The problem with people like @SamSeder parachuting into trans issues is that he doesn’t have even basic knowledge about what’s going on. I heard the craziest bad tenant story about a group of anarcho anti capitalists who refused to pay rent to their (nurse) landlord for months and months and absolutely destroyed the house. When I was in school I didn’t need to ask my teachers about their relationships because I could just look in their windows I’m obviously joking here but several of my teachers were, in fact, my neighbors. Others were the parents of my friends. I babysat for teachers or went to their homes for various other reasons, none of which had to do with “grooming.” This is normal shit!
